Founded in 1970, “poliform” has its roots in a small artisan’s shop dating back to 1942, on the outskirts of Milan, Italy. Under the policy of "poliform house", the company has invested in production technologies to create new designs, furthermore, has successfully evolved its products and their production into a functional and modular system. The architects, Alberto Spinelli and Giovanni Anzani, who have led the company to success, still heads the company and have incorporated their special expertise and know-how into the products, making poliform "synonymous with luxury lifestyle and excellence in quality ".

“Porada” was founded in 1948 in the Brianza region of northern Italy. Based on the idea that "there are no straight lines in nature or in the anatomy", several designers devised the graceful curves of Porada's furniture. The art-like form of the furniture, making the most out of the wood texture, is so notable that anyone who sees it will recognize it is “Porada”. The smooth curves and dynamic design, without any eccentricity, attract fans all over the world.

Magis was founded by Eugenio Perazza in 1976 in the north east of Italy, one of Europe’s most dynamic industrial areas. Magis was founded by Eugenio Perazza in 1976 in the north east of Italy, one of Europe’s most dynamic industrial areas.
